After creating the DomainDiscount account you will have user-friendly interface to manage your domain name. | What if I can not connect to my Server? |
Once you have established internet connection through your PC, your connection (whether it is dial-up, cable modem or T1 or better) travels through several nods before it actually logs in to our servers. If there are any problems, within or at any of those nods, it will prevent you from logging into your account. This is out of our control.
However, in the event one of our servers goes down, we can assure you that we are aware of it and are working hard to restore the service. You are more than welcome to contact us, but do not be overly anxious if we do not respond immediately; it only means that our hands are full at the moment to fix the problem. | |||
